All our services are performed by trained and experienced therapists using professional-grade products.
We ensure that treatments are carried out in a safe, hygienic, and professional manner.
However, since spa treatments are based on individual needs, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
We do not provide a warranty for personal preferences or subjective satisfaction after a treatment is completed, but we welcome feedback and will work to resolve any concerns promptly.
All retail products sold at Sakura International Spa are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
If a product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will exchange it or offer a refund, provided it is returned with the original receipt.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after the expiry date are not covered.
This warranty does not cover:
Allergic reactions to products (clients are advised to inform us of allergies before treatment).
Services affected by factors beyond our control, such as a client’s health condition or lifestyle.
Normal variations in treatment outcomes.
To make a warranty claim:
Contact us within the specified period (7 days for products).
Provide proof of purchase.
For products – return the item in original packaging.
For service-related concerns – notify the spa manager immediately.
