At Sakura International Spa, we strive to ensure that every guest enjoys a relaxing and satisfying experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments may be provided.

1. Services

  • Payments for spa services are non-refundable once the treatment has been completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform the spa manager before leaving the premises so we can address your concern immediately.

  • In cases where a service is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical or operational issues, we may offer a rescheduled appointment or partial refund at our discretion.

2. Prepaid Packages & Gift Vouchers

  • Prepaid spa packages and gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

  • Packages must be used within their stated validity period.

3. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • Advance payments or deposits made for appointments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 6 hours before the appointment).

  • In case of genuine emergencies, we may allow the deposit to be applied toward a future booking.

4. Products

  • Unopened spa products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase are non-refundable.

5. Payment Method for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
